Within the first 28 days of purchase please contact us immediately if you have a fault. We will then ask you to contact the Ebac service centre on 01388 602 751 who will exchange the unit if faulty. If the machine is faulty after 28 days then please contact the service centre on 01388 602 751 who will arrange to either repair or replace the item depending on the problem encountered. The warranty is only applicable within the UK.

We will then arrange with Mitsubishi to repair or exchange the unit if faulty. Carriage charges will only apply to collection and delivery to a UK address.
